* 2 c. salad apples, halved, cored and chopped
* 3/4 c. (1 large) chile pepper, seeded and chopped
* 1/2 c. chopped onion
* 1/4 c. lime juice
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1/4 c. dry white wine
* 1/4 c. apple juice
* 1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* dash pepper
* 4 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1. Combine apples, pepper, onion & lime juice; mix well. Add salt & pepper to taste. Set aside.
2. Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken breasts. Marinate for 20 to 30 mins. Drain and grill chicken over medium-hot coals, turning once, until chicken tests done.
3. Top grilled chicken with apple salsa.
