* 1/2 c. crispy chow mein noodles
* 1 c. white chocolate chips
* 1 c. heavy whipping cream
* 1 Tbsp. sugar
* 1 tsp. vanilla extract
* 1 c. (6 oz.) blueberries
* 3 c. (about 1 lb.) stemmed sliced strawberries
1. Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups. Place about 2 tsp. chow mein noodles into each.
2. Melt chocolate according to package directions; spoon about 1 Tbsp. into each cup to cover noodles. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to set.
3. In mixer bowl, combine cream, sugar and vanilla; beat on medium speed of electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold in blueberries.
4. Spoon an equal amount of cream mixture into each cup. Top with strawberries; serve immediately.
