What you need:
* 36 Florida oysters, shucked on the half shell * rock salt * 8 oz. butter * 1/4 c. lemon juice * 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic * 1/2 c. parsley, chopped
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Layer rock salt on a baking sheet. Arrange oysters on half shell on top of rock salt. 2. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; add lemon juice and garlic. Cool slightly then top each oyster with 1/2 tsp. of butter mixture. 3. Bake for 10 min. or until edges of oysters begin to curl.
