Chicken Primavera

Prep Time: 10 Min. Cook Time: 20 Min. What you need:

+ 1 Tbsp. oil
+ 3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips + 1 c. broccoli flowerets + 1 c. thawed frozen green peas + 1 carrot, cut into julienne strips + 1 small onion, chopped + 1 can (13-3/4 oz.) chicken broth + 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves + dash pepper + 1-1/2 c. MinuteĀ® Brown Rice, uncooked + 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese What to do:
1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken; cook and stir until browned. Add broccoli, peas, carrot and onion; cook and stir until vegetables are tender-crisp.
2. Stir in broth, basil and pepper. Bring to boil. Stir in rice. Return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Stir in cheese. Customer Reviews for this Recipe
