Pork & Pepperoni Pizza Burgers

What you need:

* 1 lb. ground pork
* 1/2 c. pepperoni (2 oz.), chopped
* 1/2 c. Italian-style dry breadcrumbs
* 1/2 c. prepared pizza sauce
* 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
* 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
* 6 sandwich buns

What to do:

1. In a medium bowl, stir together ground pork, pepperoni, bread crumbs, pizza sauce and oregano.
2. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
3. Grill or broil burgers 5 min. per side, until an instant read thermometer reads 160°F.
4. Place burgers on buns; top each patty with cheese.
