Au Gratin Idaho® Potatoes

Ingredients
2 lb. of Idaho® potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 5 c.)
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs

Directions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole with butter. Arrange sliced potatoes in layers.

2. Sprinkle with melted butter, salt and pepper. Top with grated cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.

3. Bake 30 min., covered.

4. Uncover and bake an additional 15 min. or until potatoes are tender.
