Healthy Greens Breakfast Smoothie

| 1 cup V8® Veggie Blends Healthy Greens, chilled |
| 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks |
| 1/2 small avocado, pitted and peeled |
| 1 teaspoon chia seeds |
| 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest (from 1 small lemon) |
| 1 teaspoon lemon juice |
| 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root |
Directions:
1) Add the V8, pineapple, avocado, chia seeds, lemon zest, lemon juice and ginger to a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
2) Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
