Fresh Plum, Walnut and Wisconsin Gorgonzola Pizza

| 12 (8-in.) whole wheat tortilla |
| 4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted |
| 24 fresh, large plums, pitted and thinly sliced |
| 3/4 c. chopped walnuts |
| 3 c. (18 oz.) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese |

| *Fresh pears may be substituted for the plums when plums are out of season, using about 1/2 pear per pizza. |
Directions:
1. Preheat the broiler.
2. Brush the tortillas with melted butter, using about 1 tsp. butter for each. Brown on both sides on a grill or griddle.
3. Arrange 2 plums on top of each tortilla to cover the surface. Sprinkle with the walnuts. Sprinkle about 1/4 c. of cheese on each pizza.
4. Broil 30 sec. to 1 min. until the cheese is melted. Cut into quarters and serve.
