Noodle-Crusted Denver Quiche

Ingredients
2 c. uncooked fine egg noodles (4-oz.), cooked, drained
1 Tbsp. water
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. chopped cooked ham (4 oz.)
6 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Press noodles evenly on bottom and sides of greased 9-in. pie plate.

2. Heat water in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir until water has evaporated and vegetables are crisp-tender, 3 to 4 min. Add ham; mix well. Spoon into noodle crust.

3. Beat eggs, milk and mustard in medium bowl until blended. Carefully pour over ham mixture.

4. Bake in center of 375°F oven until center is puffed and knife inserted near center comes out clean, 30 to 40 min. Let stand 5 min. Cut into wedges.
