Chicken Mexicana

| 1 c. MinuteĀ® Brown Rice, uncooked |
| 2 pkg. (6-oz. each) southwestern seasoned chicken breast strips, cooked |
| 1 c. thick and chunky style salsa |
| 1 c. Mexican-style cheese, shredded |
| 1/4 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced |
| 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped |
Directions:
1. Prepare rice according to pkg. directions.
2. Mix chicken strips and salsa in medium skillet. Cook on medium heat 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
3. Add cheese and olives; cover. Cook 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
4.Serve over rice; sprinkle with cilantro.
