Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup

| 2 cans (10-oz. ea.) RO*TEL® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, undrained |
| 2 cans (14-oz. ea.) reduced-sodium chicken broth |
| 1 can (16-oz.) ROSARITA® No Fat Traditional Refried Beans |
| 1/2 c. frozen whole kernel corn |
| 2 c. shredded cooked chicken |
| fried corn tortilla strips or chips, optional |
| shredded Monterey Jack cheese, optional |
Directions:
1. Combine undrained RO*TE®L and broth in medium saucepan. Stir in ROSARITA® Refried Beans and corn; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 min., stirring frequently.
2. Add chicken; heat through. Serve topped with tortilla strips and cheese, if desired.
