Potato Sorbet

| 1 c. heavy cream |
| 4 c. savory syrup (see below) |
| 1 lb. riced potato |
| 1 Tbsp. toasted ground coriander |
Directions:
Combine ingredients and mix according to sorbet machine instructions.
* Savory syrup: Combine 4 c. maple syrup, 3 whole bay leaves and 1 tsp. ground thyme.
