Cherry Berry Smoothie

| 1/2 c. frozen tart cherries, pitted |
| 1/2 c. 1% low fat milk |
| 1/4 c. plain lowfat yogurt |
| 2 Tbsp. fresh blueberries |
| 1 Tbsp. cherry juice concentrate |
| 1 Tbsp. honey |
| 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract |
| 8 ice cubes |
| 1 Tbsp. slivered toasted almonds |
| 1 Tbsp. chopped dried tart cherries |
| sprinkle of cinnamon (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses.
2. Garnish with almonds and dried cherries. Serve immediately.
