EZ Peanut Butter Cookies (Flourless)

| 1 c. granulated sugar |
| 1 (12 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten |
| 1 tsp. vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Drop by the teaspoonful onto baking sheet and press with fork.
2. Bake at 325°F for approximately 10 min. Cool before removing from baking sheet.
