Mediterranean-style Seafood Chowder

| 1-1/8 Tbsp. (8 oz. jar) Classico® Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce & Spread |
| 1 jar (24 oz.) Classico® Vodka Sauce Pasta Sauce |
| 1 Tbsp. salt |
| 1 (8 oz.) pkg. orzo pasta |
| 1 c. chopped onion |
| 1 c. chopped celery |
| 1 lb. medium, peeled and deveined raw shrimp |
| 1 lb. raw bay scallops |
| 1 c. clam juice |
| 1 can (6.5 oz.) chopped clams in clam juice |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta al dente according to pkg. instructions. Drain and keep warm.
2. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium high heat, cook onion and celery for 4 to 6 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp and scallops, and cook for additional 2 to 3 min., stirring occasionally. Add clam juice and chopped clams, and cook for 1 to 2 min., or until heated through. Reduce heat to medium, add Pasta Sauce and simmer 4 to 6 min. Stir in hot cooked pasta and serve warm.
TIP: If desired, add 1/2 lb. of swordfish or cod, cut into 1-in. cubes. Add to saucepan with raw shrimp.
