
Spinach and Strawberry Salad with Wisconsin Gouda

1/4 c. orange juice |
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil |
1 Tbsp. honey |
1 tsp. grated orange peel |
1/4 tsp. garlic salt |
1/8 tsp. paprika |
4 c. spinach leaves |
1 pt. strawberries, stemmed, halved |
1 c. cubed Gouda cheese |
1/2 c. pecan or walnut halves |
Directions:
1. In a small, tight-lidded container, combine the orange juice, oil, honey, orange peel, garlic salt, and paprika; cover tightly. Shake well; set aside.
2. In a large salad bowl, toss the spinach leaves, cheese, and nuts with the dressing. Refrigerate for later, or serve immediately.
